The two men that installed our new gas range, did an excellent job. Very professional at all time !

The delivery and installation crew were excellent. Showed up on time, removed the old stove quickly and put in the new stove using my new gas line for the first time. All burners were checked for efficient operation and I got a functional run though before the crew left. A top notch experience!

Greg arrived and installed our oven, built in microwave as well as our dishwasher. We could not have been more happy with Greg. He took care of our every concern and wants, as well as pointing out things we had not even thought of. He was beyond professional but still enjoyable to have at the house and comical when fitting. We feel very fortunate to have had Greg do our installations.

The install team was on time. Were very professional. Cleaned up after they were done. Also answered any question I asked.

When our installers initially came out, they couldn't complete the install BC the gas entered behind the range via a flex-line from the basement, apparently not up to code (can't cross a barrier like the floor with a flex line). That's all fine, and I appreciate that info. They left the range per our request, and we subsequently fixed had a plumber run a hard pipe to fix the problem and then tried to reschedule the install. - Couldn't reschedule online BC the system still showed it "in transit" (it was literally in our garage) - Online help couldn't schedule it BC the system showed it in-transit - Online reps didn't follow-up and said I'd have to call - I called and they said they had to escalate BC the system wouldn't let them change anything - The system eventually changed to "delivered", but the reps via chat, phone or online couldn't reschedule the install. They suggested going into a physical store who could definitely do it - I went into a store and the mgr couldn't schedule the install BC he couldn't add the service to the "installation service" and the actual item showed "delivered" now. He phoned the district mgr who was to get things scheduled - District mgr only called one of our 2 numbers and decided to schedule without talking to us first. The time was good enough so we kept it.. YAY! Getting installed finally. - When the local installation scheduler called me to confirm the scheduling, I noted "they took a photo of the electrical hookup. Just make sure they know to have the 3-wire connector, not 4-wire.. they should know this." To which she replied "they won't have any connectors with them... you need to get that yourself." The installation service clearly stated it included ALL parts and labor to install the product. They would have arrived and again not been able to install?! I had to go to the store again myself; they didn't have the cable and wanted me to run to other stores to get it BC the installation system didn't properly add the needed cable to the order. Ultimately, they go the local installation company to grab the cable, the installation happened, and we're good now. *whew* Long answer -- if you're going to buy an appliance and schedule installation, I ONLY recommend doing so in a store where they can make sure things get set up properly with everything you need. After all that, they didn't even offer any compensation for our troubles. Really can't recommend the installation service after the ordeal.

Install went well. Professional and courteous. I had to make changes to gas line i had installed, but that was not an installer issue.

Stove has been great so far. I really like the power burner on the front right. Installers were quick and super friendly.

Service men were punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. Very pleasant and well mannered. The install and removal was fast and without incident. Before they left they tested the stove and made sure all features were working properly.

The installers did a wonderful job of installing the stove. They were efficient, neat and proper social distancing was maintained. They informed me that the had to change the connection because it did not meet code. That was fine. They also said that I owed them for the permit. That was unanticipated. I asked the salesperson if the permit was included in the cost of the installation. He assured me that it was. That was an unexpected extra charge of $94.

The installers were very careful upon removing our old range as well as installing the new one. My only dismay is they did not review the operations of the range as I would have thought.

Arrived when indicated on call quickly promptly and professionally installed the stove. Excellent experience! The technician performed the installation solo and should be commended for his excellent work!

Fantastic job done by this installer on a tricky install. Clean and professional job at a reasonable price. Stove was leveled and they did a thorough job walking me through the basics on operating.

First I apologize for forgetting the technician and his assistant's names. They were fantastic. Highly knowledgeable and professional. Both had great people skills as well. Very comfortable having them in my house. Could not be more pleased with their skill and knowledge level.

We purchased the Total Tech Support & Installation package and couldn’t be more pleased. Our delivery and installation was done by “On Par Installation, Inc”. We received notices the day before and the day of our appointment, even a call that they were ahead of schedule asking if okay to come early. Our installers were Alex and Ramon. They were amazing. Totally coordinated, efficient, neat and clean. They also explained select features of our new appliances. They were professional and polite. It took about 2 1/2 hours to remove old, install new, connect, test and demo. They went the extra step to remove doors even where there was clearance but close. Very respectful of us and our home. These guys were very efficient. I joke that they could have cut the boxes open, unpackaged, installed and connected appliances while blindfolded. Highly, highly recommended. This company is a keeper.

Would definitely buy appliances from bestbuy again. The installations are basically free except for the hardwares that cost pennies and gas units have a small fee. Its cheaper than my plumbers or movers bringing the units into the house. They moved 2 washers and dryers from the garage to the 1st and second floor around these tight circular stairs with no damage. Best of all, I purchased whole house appliances 1.5 years ahead of time for a new construction and was able to schedule the installation 1.5 years after the purchase. 1 fridge 1 range, 2 washers, 2 dryers, 2 dishwashers.

This is about the fifth appliance I’ve bought from Best Buy. The price is always the lowest including on this gas range. The installation was on time and perfect.
