We felt very frustrated with the installation of the Range. First off, when we ordered the appliances the sales consultant did not ask if we had LP or Natural Gas. Truthfully, we didn’t think of it either at the time. When the installers showed up to deliver and install the Microwave, Dishwasher and Range, the guy said they would have to come back for the Range install because it wasn’t noted they had to do the conversion from Natural Gas to LP. He also mentioned that it would take 4 hours at least to do the conversion The guy also said we would have to order the hardware to do the conversion. He said we would have to call and order it. When we called the agent on the phone said, “No, we have to go back to the store and purchase it separately there. We went back to the Bloomington store which is at least a 40 minute drive one way. They told us, “No the parts are included with the Range.” Sure enough, the installers show back up a week later, and find the parts right away, and had it installed in less than an hour. We where completely lied to by the installer because they didn’t feel like completing the job day 1. Instead we had to wait another week. I am completely good with never doing business with Best Buy and Geek Squad again. In my line of work, if I lied to my customers the way we got deceived, I would not have a job. Poor, poor customer service.

Installation was quick and professional, loved that they showed me how to work it.

At Your Service Repairs, Inc. did an excellent job installing my new LG Range. They replaced the ancient gas connection with a new valve that senses leaks. They pointed out that I need a wall shield to protect the drywall behind the range from getting too hot. I don't have any backsplash tiles as of yet. The additional charges weren't excessive. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves.

Installation of our new gas range was rapid and trouble free. Scheduling could have been more convenient.

The gas range was properly installed and is working fine. However, I’m still waiting to hear from the county inspectors to see if they agree.

The installation was done extremely quick. He knew everything that needed to do to hook up the oven.

Our installers were very knowledgeable, friendly and wore their mask the entire time in our home. They made sure everything was safe and working perfectly before leaving.

The installation itself went pretty smoothly. My kitchen is on the second floor of a townhouse and the installers where able to get it in without even having to remove the stair rail. They did leave a small chip on my bottom hardwood step. What I didn't like was receiving a call the day prior to installation informing me that I had to pay an additional $95 for a permit to install range and required a hardwired carbon monoxide alarm. None of this was mentioned upon purchase, and I still don't really understand why this is required to do a gas oven replacement.

Very timely arrival time by a licensed plumber and assistant. They took time to set up the range and cleaned up everything before they left. They also made sure there were no gas leaks and that all burners turned on.

The install was quick and easy. The guys removed my old stove and had the new one hooked up and working in hardly any time at all!

The two delivery men who installed my new oven and hauled away the old one were on time and friendly, but at least one of them smelled so strongly of cigarettes that the odor lingered in my house for several hours after they left. The following day I also noticed a chunck missing from my front porch railing, but I assumed it was too late to notify Best Buy.

The installers arrived more than an hour later than scheduled. They were efficient and neat, but after they left I noticed the range wasn't quite level with the counter on one side and I couldn't get the slide out oven rack to work. I called and they came back the next day and leveled the range and the oven rack had been tied down for shipment (I hadn't noticed), so they untied it. They should have untied it during the first installation. But at least they came back promptly and corrected everything. Be sure to check everything before the installers leave.

The stove was delivered promptly by a Best Buy team, but had to wait for installation by a team from my propane gas supplier, including a propane adapter hose and attachment. Once installed, however, it works beautifully and efficiently.

Best buy sent a great team to install our kitchen appliance's. For the gas range, they did an excellent job of installing. leveling, making sure the gas line was sealed properly. Very good work and knowledgeable installers. Very pleased.
