The installer was very knowledgeable, got the job done, tested the range to make sure there were no gas leaks, etc.

I had two teams. The first stove had a large ding on it. They installed the stove. The installer was communicative and efficient. He had to add a shut off valve due to Boston regulations - which was fine with me because I believe in safety regulations. The second team was able to just hook it up. Both teams were fabulous! Thank you!!!

It was amazing how they hooked up the gas pipe and plugged the plug into the outlet. No leaks, no shorts. The plumber couldn’t figure out how to turn the gas on but we helped them with that. They must be new. Delivery, installation, and haul away were all covered by our Geek Squad Total Tech plan (hint, hint).

Best Buy's Geek Squad are absolutely terrific. I purchased a new Samsung gas range. The installation team discovered that the old range was improperly installed and there was non-code compliant electric issues. The team, however, quickly and efficiently, installed a new electric outlet so the new range could be properly installed. They explained everything they needed to do. They were great

Very quick efficient and friendly. Let me use it before I left to make sure everything was up to par. Was in and out in about 30 mins and they took my old oven so I wouldn’t have to deal with the hassle

So far I am happy with the services provided by the Best Buy install technicians. Most of the people they have know what they are doing. There is some who do not. There is several different natural gas shutoff valves on the market. There is several other used in the past. Be sure the install tech know there is a nut behind the valve. If they do not unscrew the nut at least one revolution the handle can brake. Some times there is a 2 nuts behind. Good luck.

This is a good basic range. I am continuing to be unable to set the clock, however. I have followed the directions included in the manual, but I cannot set the time. In addition, I would purchase a larger model if given the opportunity. This one is lacking space and options. It simply is not an upscale model.
