The AYS installers did a great job. They cleaned up the mess from the other stove and were very efficient in their operation. However, they charged me $118.00 for a gas inspection. They said that an inspector would contact me to ensure that they completed the installation properly. To date, I haven't been contacted by an inspector. Where did the 118.00 go?

The tech was very fast and courteous. He explained the process as he went. No complaints.

Floor was damaged during gas range and range with scratches

We switched from electric to gas with this Samsung oven. We had someone come out and put the gas line in ahead of time, which made the install pretty easy. We forgot, however, to have someone put in a regular power outlet (rather than the higher voltage one that was already there). Thus, we had to have someone come back and put a new outlet in a week later. However, that was our fault for not realizing we needed to have that done.

Very quick efficient and friendly. Let me use it before I left to make sure everything was up to par. Was in and out in about 30 mins and they took my old oven so I wouldn’t have to deal with the hassle

The two person team sent out through Best Buy's Geek Squad contract I signed were very professional. They were careful and worked diligently to install my new range. They went the extra mile to adjust the gas line to accommodate the kitchen area and make the installation perfect. I will use them again.

The guys said the floor is not even. They put a wood to fill up the gap to make it balance. But a few days later, I double checked and found the fact that one adjustable leg was missing.

After two u satisfactory installation visits by workers that had no technical skills, the third visit by Graham was outstanding. He needs to return to install a part but he knows his craft and we greatly appreciate his technical expertise.
