The guys said the floor is not even. They put a wood to fill up the gap to make it balance. But a few days later, I double checked and found the fact that one adjustable leg was missing.

I love the gas range! I'm acutely aware of the environmental effects of burning gas, but I'm able to regulate my usage such that I feel sure that I contribute very little in the way of greenhouse gases. The installers were great!

The installers were punctual on getting to site on time, they were knowledgeable and fast when completing the installation. I’d recommend having Best Buy install your items. Most cases it’s a freee service.

The first installer told me I needed to have a plumber come out bc I had no shutoff valve. The plumber came and I did have a shutoff, so that was frustrating. But the crew that came to put it in the second time did a great job!

Everything connected and did not leak. The length was sufficient for any installation.

Installation was well done will recommend it to anyone.

Our schedule called for 8-noon window for installation. This was confirmed the day prior. At 11:55 I called the install company (it wasn't Geek Squad because it was a gas range) because we hadnt heard anything. We got a call back and the installer said there had been a scheduling issue. He was at the store picking up the range. So it turned out about an hour later than our window. It wasn't a problem for us, but it would have been nice to know. The two who came took great care not to mar our wood floor. "Installation" took about 5 minutes. I do think it was pretty costly considering how long it took. The reason we chose to have it installed was in case the unit had a problem. Next time I'd take the free delivery and use the install money to buy additional warranty.
