Well the 1st visit the installers didn’t level the range. It’s tilted front. The range is a slide in unit so it’s doesn’t look good when not leveled. 2nd visit they corrected the issue.

They installed my new gas range and moved the old one professionally.

For the most part the installation went smoothly. A part that I needed to get up to code was needed and I was able to get that added at no charge to me. Problematic, however, is that this free-standing range was left sticking out an inch from the wall due to the placement of the gas valve and the design of the range. The installers repeatedly told me they couldn't do anything about it and left it as it is. As I paid money for this installation I'm very dissatisfied that it was left in this state and I have to hire someone else to fix it. These installers should be capable of dealing with any challenges that come up like this.
