    Install went quickly. They had to drill a new hole in the counter above because the cord wouldn't fit through the old one and seemed to unnecessarily drill it in the middle instead of the back. Now is harder to fit stuff above it.

    The third party installer, who I didnt realize wasnt a Besy Buy representative. A man and a woman, that had a very hard time beinging our oven in the house. Didnt level it, and spent very little time going over the features.
