Geek Squad failed to bring the right part

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installers did not install the range for lack of the right coupling to connect it to my home's gas outlet. Instead, they told me to go shop for it at Home Depot and to call for another appointment when I got it. Had to make an extra appointment for a consultation @ Best Buy to be sure the part I purchased was the proper one. Must go a week w/o a range to cook my breakfast eggs after they removed my old range.

Install is a joke!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The company up charged me for everything and kept telling me I had to change out connectors and add crap. They knew they had me by the balls since my stuff was here and I didn’t want it left o the driveway. Them he didn’t install the gas line right so the oven wouldn’t sit flush with the wall. Had to pay another company $250 to come fix that BS. If you ever but appliances from Best But, do t pay the install and just schedule a professional to come do it when they deliver the appliance. Funniest part is the company was called On Time Appliance Install and they were like 2 hours late. What a joke…Best Buy, you can do better.
