    They were very nice, but you need to have a gas shut off valve. We did not know that until after they arrived

    Terrible all the way around. Was a repair, not an install. That resulted in first appointment rescheduled after waiting two weeks. Took 3 weeks for a very unprofessional person to show up. Asking someone to book a 12 hour day and then tell them at the last minute that they are coming during the only hour you have to leave that day is ridiculous. I'm home a lot, but leave everyday at some point. Bottom line, after spending $6,000 for my kitchen, I find out that a range valued at $1500 is piece of junk and I'm in the same position I was 4 weeks ago when I called in. Had to go to the store just to get help, and that didn't even work. YOUR SERVICE SUCKS.

    We ended up being the last appointment making arrival around 8:30 pm, guys were professional and nice, but the stoves main burner still doesn't work correctly

    Didn't have all equipment required to install; had to leave to go to local Home Depot. Didn't wire electrical properly resulting in loss of power to other electrical sockets. Had to pay electrician to come and hook up properly to restore power to other receptacles. Gas line was hooked up properly, as far as I can tell.

    My gas line ended up not being up to code so they code not install with out spending another $700. By coded I needed shut off valve above the floor.

    Missing cast iron. Delivery people were much nicer than the fridge people.

    My First Bad Review.. i always refrain from doing this. But, i need to tell the truth so other will be cautious. Best Buy is a great place to by any electronic, appliance, games,.. you name it. But, delivery and installation they outsource it to some xyz third party company and they are so bad. No show. No response They will cancel the delivery date without informing you. Best buy will have no clue of the item once they outsource to third party company. They will charge you extra after installation (even though you had already payed for the product + shipping + installation) . The guy will not go, he will call some of his own folks and will give the phone to you saying, Best Buy Geek Quad wants to talk to you, they will demand to pay extra money in a very rough tone. Total unprofessional. i would recommend to buy the product from Best buy, but you arrange your own shipping and installation (there are tons of people in Angi's List and Thumbtack)

    I am still trying to learn my new Cafe appliances. My concern now is the caliber of sub-contractors that Best Buy sends to install the appliances. From the moment they enter the home, they are seeking to gain additional dollars for an installation that has already been paid for...from replacing a leaky valve, removing shoe mold, a floor plantk or anything else to add to the installation. One sub contractor wanted to charge to use the brackets that came with the dishwasher! Totally unprofessional and intimidating!!!

    You get no stars. I cancelled my delivery on September 1st because I could't be home for the delivery. Unfortunately, you cannot call into Best Buy and let them no. Phone calls are generally not picked up . So I went into the store to amend the date of the new delivery. I even asked the manager to inform the third party company of the change date so they wouldn't come to my home. Guess what, they came to my home, they called me at work and sent me e mails regarding how the review of the the delivery ?????? Clearly Best Buy didn't do their job !!!! I tried calling but I was put on hold for so long that I gave up. I dislike this company so much. The mistakes are rampant. I will never shop here again.

    Not worth cost of installation. Extesion cord runs to outlet, sits 4" from wall because gass hookup not aligned to opening in back of stove.

    Had a bad experience with our installation. Booked a Saturday, then on the Thursday the before, they called and said they don't do saturdays in my area and they would be out on Friday between 12-4. Took a half day off of work, they called at 300 and asked if the stove was at my house yet...I said no, it was supposed to be delivered today. They couldn't find the stove, installation guys and stove didnt arrive till after 515. Horrible

    Absolutely horrible. They didn't hook my stove up correctly. I repeatedly told them that I had propane. They put me in a dangerous situation by hooking me up as natural gas. sheri, the woman doesn't even answer her phone I had to text because she never returns her phone calls

    This was the worst service i received from anyone, they sent over what it claims to be a license gas plumber, they removed an existing gas regulator that needs to be there to cut down the gas pressure, fast forward 3 months and they are still looking to come back and out the regulator back, they claim that nothing was removed, i called Samsung, they confirmed that the regulator was there, my building manager said that regulator was there, i called 2 plumbers and had them take look at issue and as soon they moved the stove, the first thing they said was" someone removed the gas regulator, their manager refuses to call or speak to me, it is now 3 months and issue is still ongoing. If i can give -5 star i would,

    At first the installation seemed to work fine, but noticed a gas leak. Had to call back to have them fix the problem

    The installer was super nice but came without all the parts necessary for my installation. I had to runt to the hardware store during his install to get a few fittings for my stove install. I was pretty disappointed, not talk of refunding the cost. It was only $10-15, certainly didn't expect that I'd have to get my own fittings.
