Terrible experience

Never installed, your tech could not do it. Had to pu and bring the dishwasher myself to home. Had to pay a plumber $350 to do the install.

No install

All they will do is hook up an existing hose. When I purchased the range I specifically told the salesperson that I would need a short gas line installed and they assured me they could do it. Fast forward and I had to call a plumber for an actual install.

Disaster!!!!!!

Regardless, it is obvious that they simply told us what we wanted to hear instead of what we needed. I paid more for the installation of the range, the removal of the the old range then I paid for the new range. Horrible. Never allow XPOLogistics in your home!!!!!!!!

Additional Work Required after Installation

When they tried the first installation, we had to move the gas line to accommodate the range. We moved the gas line before the second range arrived. The installers crunched the gas supply line which caused there to be no gas going to the range. They installers said there appeared to be no gas coming into the house ans so once again we had to summon plumbers to check out the problem that was created by the installers.

WHAT install?

The crew who delivered the range wasn't authorized to disconnect the gas range. They weren't told, the delivery setup and/or manager of the process failed to communicate, and I had to do it myself.

Bad Install

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The 3rd party installer that Best Buy sent to my home did not take care in verifying the install of the gas line to the stove was properly secured and we had a gas leak. had to have it repaired by another person due to the time in getting the original installer back out and I really did not want them back in my home anyway.

Lots of confusion

They sent 3 different people out, none of whom could get the job done. One of the providers was a no-show on two separate occasions and when he did show up he asked for a cash payment directly from us. You would. E better off just finding your own provider.

Missing parts

Gas range

I kept calling everytime I called they told someone is coming finally 3 months later someone came this July and installed it now the range doesn’t work and they’re giving me a hard time to refund my money back.

Incomplete installation

Delivery boys doing installations doesn’t work.

I found later they had made a mess with the connection and left a gas leak because apparently pushed too hard on the valve while unplugging the old range. Had to redo it myself and it’s great now, no leaks and flush to the wall.

Poor installation.

Wife had to call the Utility company and found that pipe tape or thread sealant was not used on the fitting. Rookie mistake, better off doing it yourself.

Bad Independent contractor at time.

Local independent contractor who .... did not test gas pipe, did not attach safety plate, and did not have correct tools to do adjustments to place range against wall thus left range out 3 inches. Best Buy did right by me and fixed the problem. Refunded charge. Get your own gas company to do the work. They use independent also BUT you choose what company to use. Look up at BBB and online reviews. (cheaper also)

Install

He smelled. He didn't put anything on our floor to protect it, like the last person did. This was a switch out of a defective range, he tried to leave us the old parts from the old stove instead of putting the new parts on the new stove. I was not happy with this. Do not let this person come into my home again. Very unhappy!

Buyer Beware

The install services were great but buyer beware the additional service charges. We were charged $150 to restart 3 pilot lights that took less than 10 minutes time. I could have easily done the work myself. I have started them many times. Attempts to discuss this with customer care were met with extreme antagonism and no desire to even discuss the situation.

Outside Installation
