I purchased this microwave from Best Buy that turned out to be very unsteady and poor in overall build quality. From the start, it did not feel stable or well-made, which was disappointing. When you open the door, the whole thing shakes, along with any possible food. When I tried to return it, I was told that because the return date had just passed, Best Buy would not accept it—even after I explained the quality issue and the fact that I had already been advised by customer service to follow up in-store. Despite making multiple attempts and receiving conflicting guidance, I was ultimately denied a return. I expected better product quality and more flexibility from Best Buy, especially when the issue was related to the item itself rather than a change of mind. Overall, this experience was frustrating and left me disappointed.

this small microwave is very convenient to use in any room other than the kitchen for a quick hot drink while working as well as a snack. It's very easy to carry and can sit anywhere there is an outlet

Tje GE Microwave is a great deal, we have had this model in the past. It lasted 3 years, which is most likely the life of the lower end product. But at just over 100.00 it is worth it. We have space limitations, so it is fine for our uses.

Was in a crunch when our microwave went out before the holiday and this thing has been a life saver! For the price it has an extra safety feature that doesn’t allow you to open the door while the timer is still counting down. I like it because it makes you stop the heating process before you open the door!

My grandmother loves simple and easy-to-use microwaves, and for some reason, she would only get them in white.

This was worth the price. It’s slightly more expensive than other microwaves, but I’m happy I decided to spend a little more to get the value I was looking for.

You can silence the microwave, and it doesn't constantly produce LED lights if you clear the timer
