    Door would be closed and I would get message saying close door. I would have to open and basically slam the door in order for the microwave to register it closed. Cooking power wasn’t that great either. Cooking time on packages would have to be doubled in order for the food to be heated correctly.

    Worst microwave we have ever purchased. Took the sales rep recommendations and it is so hard to get it to work. We hit one minute then start and the plate just spins around and does not heat and it keeps giving us the message door. The door is closed but sometimes I fiddle for 5 minutes just to get it to work and actually heat. Extremely frustrating.

We know that must indeed be frustrating, and would like to assist. If this is only a temporary error, resetting the electrical components of the microwave by disconnecting it from power for a couple minutes before reconnecting may help. If the issue continues, you may have an issue with the door not latching properly; if so, our Service Department is available at 1-800-432-2737 and would be glad to properly diagnose and repair the microwave. We also have a troubleshooting section on page 18 of the Use and Care manual, if that may be of use for you. We hope this information helps, and you are able to resolve this concern soon.     The unit was installed by Geek Squad and works very well. We find it to be very accurate and dependable.

    I am very unhappy and I want my money back. The door to the microwave does not work properly and very hard to open. The reason why I got rid of our last microwave that lasted 25 years was due to the door not opening. I need someone from Best Buy to contact me. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

    When connected it’s pretty awesome

    I have yet to be able to get it to stay connected to the network for more then a few hours. And it’s in direct line of sight of the router. Nothing in the way. I haven’t been able to get Alexa to do something with it but I have used the scan n cook and that was pretty awesome.

    We loved it. But it was sucking the power. Which it should of been of a surge. It blew in under 2 months. But we are going to move anyways. Selling the home. Hopefully will have more outlets and room. Because we like it when it DID work.

    Small enough to sit on a 14" width shelf and free up my counter space. Works on Android, a nice add-on to have.

    My microwave came in and the door isn’t working properly. We have to push the button and pull the door open at the same time. We didn’t purchase a warranty. So that’s our bad.
