GE is "replacing" it but its a long process which I'm not completely a fan of. Also, the scan to cook feature does not really exist. There are not many items in the database

Defective multi-stage cooking

Seems that this is a defect in the manufacturing. Also have gotten "food" on the screen for some reason and have to unplug to be able to use.

Bad door/ won't work soon after you get it.

The door shuts but doesn't think it is shut, so you get the error code: door. You can't run it with the door code. It takes 5 - 6 times of opening and shutting the door before it officially shuts and then you can run it.
