Easy to clean, easy to use. Not too big, not too small. My only complaint is the door is misaligned a tiny bit, I tried to adjust it but there is no adjustment. It bothers me but it's merely cosmetic I guess.

However, I discovered the panel is not lit and the letters are very small. i had to enlarge the control panel on the computer to learn where everything is.

Wonder if i just have a defective product? It’s loud and sounds like the entire unit is rumbling but it’s sitting properly on my counter

The on,y problem is that the turntable makes a terrible noise. I called up and was told it isn’t level. I tried everything. I didn’t get any help from the rep on the phone

The Door Open button is hard, I have to use my thumb and grap on to the side (right -handed). Have to press on control buttons (put some light pressure) instead of just light touch. Cooking power is adequate for the size. Lastly, Wifi - why?

A week or so ago, it started making slightly different sounds when it was operating, and now apparently has conked out completely. From my research, it sounds like almost all microwaves (no matter the brand) are made in one of two factories in China. I am on my fourth microwave (various brands) in about three years, so I guess they all suck now.

Close door and get door error won't heat and carousel just goes round and round and makes noise, won't stop until you open the door. No Quality Control as I see this happens quite often in the reviews.

We truly hate to hear you’re getting a door error, the microwave isn’t heating, and the turntable is just going around and making noise; we know how frustrating this must be, especially as the unit is brand new. We strive to provide excellent appliances, and our Quality Control team will be informed of your experience for future review; this absolutely isn’t what we expect from this model, and we appreciate you informing us. As you’re getting an error message, you may want to try disconnecting the microwave from power for a couple minutes before reconnecting; this resets the electrical components and can sometimes resolve an issue. We have Troubleshooting Tips on page 18 of the manual, which can be viewed on our GE website by looking up the model number and going to the product page. Those tips include error codes (“LOC”, “FOOD”, “PF” and “F3”) and how to solve them, which usually involves pressing the Cancel/Off button (if you need to unlock the control panel, this should be held down for 3 seconds). We hope those tips help, but if you are unable to resolve this issue information on the limited warranty is available on page 19. Our Service Department can be reached at 1-800-432-2737, and a technician would be glad to diagnose and repair the microwave. We hope this matter is solved for you soon.
