    Broke 3 months later. Repair person coming tomorrow. It sparks when we cook popcorn and hotdogs consistently. They say something about the Megatron (?) having issues. This is our second GE microwave in 2 years. This is disappointing. We bought this microwave with the warranty voucher from the last GE microwave. I got GE bc we have GE profile and monogram appliances and I wanted it all to be the same but if they can't fix this, in thinking of switching. Awful. Loved that it's compatible with Alexa. Seems like a waste.

    Excellent product for a working mom with small kids. The app makes this microwave awesome. I can scan the food and start the microwave from any room in the house. The app also alerts you when the food is finished. The other great thing about this microwave is that it is compatible with google assistant. I am able to control my lights, microwave and thermostat on 1 app!!
