nice small microwave

It's very easy to carry and can sit anywhere there is an outlet

The size of this little guy is just right. It only gets 3 stars, though. The reason is that it doesn’t come with rubber feet on the back of the unit. There are some lame, rubber-type feet on the front but they don’t grip enough. When you push the button to open the door the entire unit slides backwards. I had to glue some rubber feet to the bottom to improve the grip. Really, GE? You couldn’t put feet on this thing?

I have many scratched knuckles when the door flies open. Also, I was replacing the same brand but a larger model. I couldn't find one where the feet fit on my shelf. I can no longer fit my old dishes in the smaller microwave.

For the price it has an extra safety feature that doesn’t allow you to open the door while the timer is still counting down. I like it because it makes you stop the heating process before you open the door!

This is easy to use with Expess Cook buttons or timed cooking. The defrost is also easy to use. I was worried that at 700 watts it would take longer to cook everything but I haven't noticed this being a problem.
