Had it for about a year now and it's been working great.

I bought my G.E. microwave online to replace my old one that I had had for about 15 years. I've purchased G.E. products before and never had a problem with any of them. I was excited when the new microwave arrived about 2 days after I purchased it. I took everything out of the box and cleaned the microwave and the turntable. As I was about to clean the ring, I noticed that it was broken inside of the styrofoam packing. I called the company and was told the rings were on back order to the end of the month(this was at the beginning of the month) and that it would take at least 5 business days after that before I received a replacement ring. The new ring came in July and this time it was in a cardboard box which was inside a bubble wrap envelope. My complaint about this ring is that the material is too flimsy. Also trying to fit this ring inside a rigid piece of styrofoam is asking for it to get broken. Package it in bubble wrap! Another complaint is that I have to order the full manual(there was only a Quick Use and Care manual in the box which is not helpful at all). Right now the only thing I can do, is heat water and set the clock. I tried using the Quick Use manual and nothing is working so now if I want to reheat or cook anything small, I have to use my big old stove. Now I'm waiting for the full manual which will take another 3-7 business days. I am so disappointed. The next appliance that I buy, I will make sure I go to the store to check it out.

I picked up this microwave during the holiday season and was very disappointed. It's made very cheaply, you have to slam the door to close it and I'd expected a higher quality from GE. It's not worth $89.99 and it's going back.

Love the size for my small kitchen. So far no issues, works perfectly.

Very compact good for what I needed around the house.

It’s been a week or two and it still works. It’s made about 100 quesadillas for my 16 year old and still turns on. It fits in the cabinet I measured it for, so that’s a plus. It looks just like the picture so there is truth in advertising! All in all it turns on, makes quesadillas and showed up as advertised... 5 stars!

Chose this model for its size and the mute button! Works great, fits in the small space on my counter and heats things evenly and much faster than my old one. Love the "Add 30 sec" button. The mute is still my favorite part.

Great small microwave. We use this microwave every day. The only problem is a row of three numbers don't work. We work around that so it's not a problem.

This unit is very compact for small room and good for heating up a dish not too big.

Owning a older home with smaller than usual depth in our cabinets we had to go with a smaller microwave, this one was the best option as we can put in a bag of popcorn and not get stuck on the side as it rotated

It doesn’t take up a lot of counter space and still heats food efficiently. Caution: some large dinner plates might just barely fit in and interfere with the revolving plate inside.

I was looking for a small microwave for a small space and this fits the bill.

I have limited space for a microwave and the small .7 to .9 cuft ones are the only ones that fit. Only a few are made though. This one replaced a 10 year old unit and works great. Instant time using the 1-5 buttons, turning dish, 30 second time addition, and timer. It's a microwave and unlike another small one from an online giant won't spy on you. It just cooks.

Just what my mother wanted. Small footprint. Looks good.

Although compact at 0.7cu.ft and 700w size, it's good enough to heat just about anything really... Good features I like is secondary beep after a minute or so to remind you still got stuff in the microwave. The one touch is nice too, i.e. press 1 to heat 1 min, 2 for 2 min, etc.

Great but too small for our plates - needed a 1.0 at least. Ths would however be great for college student or someone with a studio / small kitchen.

So far so good! It is definitely compact but fits my pantry shelf perfectly. I have only used it a few times but works well and buttons are easy to use. The one button to open the door is a little tough to press. When I put enough pressure on it the whole microwave moves.

The microwave works well most of the time. Sometimes it resets, and I can't get the express buttons to work, or enter a certain time for cooking. I have no idea what I do to make it reset. And yes, I've read the manual. When it cooks at the programmed temp and time it works well.
