    Small but a lot of condensation

    This microwave is not good in my opinion. After reading other reviews, which were pretty good, I decided to purchase. I wanted a compact microwave to replace my old LG. After about 2 weeks of use, the condensation became worse. Now along with the condensation the microwave smells. I'm already in the market for a new one. I will be going back to an LG.

We can imagine how concerning this is for you, so we're happy to let you know condensation inside your microwave is a normal occurrence and is especially prevalent when cooking foods with a high moisture content for an extended period of time. Interior moisture should usually dissipate in ten to fifteen minutes. If minimal moisture is noticed between the glass of the door, allow the door to remain open for approximately fifteen minutes to accelerate the dissipation of the moisture. If the moisture does not evaporate in a reasonable amount of time, we recommend scheduling service. You can do so by calling GE Appliance Service at 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737). In regard to the odor, first-time usage of a microwave may produce some smoke. This is typically a very small amount and is perfectly normal. An electrical odor in new machines can be normal because the electronic board is "curing" as the circuit board material is heated for first few uses. On microwave/convection models: Dust particles can accumulate on the convection element and burn off when in use producing a small amount of smoke. Once dust has been burned off, the smoke will dissipate. A strong burning, oily smell is normal when using Convection BAKE, Convection ROAST or Combination Fast Cook for the first few times. The smell comes from the new convection heater and will go away with regular use. If this smell does not dissipate after multiple uses, service is recommended.     Not enough power to reheat food. And it’s very sensitive if the item isn’t preciously in the middle it won’t do anything.

    The food doesn't heat up as fast. I usually have to reheat my dinner on 3-4 minutes instead of 2.

    This is not an under the cabinet mountable machine

    I got this microwave based on a picture that clearly shows it as an under cabinet mounted microwave. It is not! I also asked the store personnel and they told me that is under cabinet mountable. You can only find that it is not in the the frequently asked questions category. Waste of time and effort.

    Less than two months: the light is out, closing the door runs the fan. We purchased this model again because the last one lasted two years before it failed, in the same way.

    Great airfryer, no issues as of now. Initially my cleaning lady touched the Celsius button and I thought my airfryer was broken but spoke to breville customer support and realized. So as of now all is good.

    Very poor customer service and they had me on hold for 2hours and when they finally answered still no help! They didn’t resolve nor help me with my issue!Very disappointing and unsatisfactory service!

    Worked fine for 8 months then I used my silicone popcorn popper like usual and the whole thing started buzzing and lit up inside with white flashes of light. Opened it up and there was black burn marks on the microwave by the vent.
