Selected primarily for size and modern appearance. Best Buy delivery was excellent. Site is easy for online ordering. Received as promised on third day after order. Well packaged and secure. In use for about one month. Very satisfied with this workhorse. Power is well matched to unit size. Cooks/heats just as well/fast as the 17 year old unit it replaced. For example, makes a bag of flawless popcorn in about 90 seconds. This microwave has exceeded my expectations and purchased at a great price!

I love my GE microwave especially how it is looked, work very well making only quiet sound , fit for popcorn bags which I concerned most when I looked up small size of microwave (no where I could find reviews about how they fit with popcorn bag). I had never regret to get small size since I purchased on May, 2015.

This GE - 0.7 CU. FT. microwave was the perfect compact size for my counter top. The stainless steal front matches other appliances in the kitchen. The inside is large and the right size for a dinner plate. Easy to use and heats the food up to the correct temperature

Nice microwave for its size and need. We recently sold our house and are renting while we build so we didn’t want to purchase a high end microwave yet. This works perfect and even though it’s smaller, it does fit a large large inside. Quiet when on and easy to use. Doesn’t take a lot of counter space which is a plus.

This microwave is small, but mighty! Works great to heat up frozen dinners and leftovers like a charm and it doesn’t take up too much space on the counter. It’s perfect!

Bought this to replace the big hulking noisy over-the-stove one that died recently. Our household doesn't cook in microwaves, only using them to heat small dishes of leftovers, heat water, or cook popcorn. This little microwave is the perfect size. I like that it's much more quiet than the one it replaced. It is a smaller wattage, so it does take a little more time to heat things up if you need them really hot, but only a little. It's definitely not a deal breaker. In all, a decent product so far. My one pause is that the button that opens the door doesn't feel very robust, and I worry that the spring mechanism wouldn't last very long if I weren't careful with it. households with rough kids might not fare so well if they mash the button overly hard to open the door. I think that with care, it will be fine though.

If all you need is warming, melting and an occasional veggie cooked, this is a great choice. Its simple operation and small footrint still accommodate 1 qt dishes.

This microwave oven is a perfect size for my use. I wanted a small size to minimize counter footprint, but with a rotating plate large enough for a dinner plate or a large paper plate. The 700 Watt allows its use while other 1200 Watt microwave is also used on the same circuit. While it takes longer to cook than the 1200 Watt unit, the food has more uniform heating. Very pleased with this purchase.

Nice compact size for a unit that fits a normal size dinner plate and can fit on a small area of a counter. Replaced a Sharp 1000 unit that lasted for over 12 years and was the perfect Microwave. So far this unit works great (been using about 4 days a week since date of purchase) and have no problem with it other than when you close the door. I have to close it by the upper right corner, otherwise it displays a "FOOD" error message. Took a bit to figure out when I first used it how to fix the error code since there was nothing in the instructions manual related to it. Because of this oversight in the manual to indicate and that I have to close by the upper right corner, is why i'm giving 4 stars.

Nice high quality compact unit. Looks good and matches my GE Profile appliances. Fits very nicely on countertop below cabinets. Lower wattage than full size but more than adequate for cooking anything you want.

The microwave does exactly, as the description, said. The performance, is great. The controls are simple to use. I like all the various functions, that the microwave has- based on the item(s), being, cooked. The price for, the microwave, is worth the value, as well, as the, quality, of the microwave. I, hope, it last for another, 2 years or 3 years. I, know, it should. Highly recommended, buying it. GE, is an, great brand.

This GE microwave works good for the size and power it packs. It fits perfectly where I wanted to have a microwave. Cost to size ratio is great if you need to save space in your home. Isn’t too loud either.

Countertop size fits nicely in small kitchen. Easy to use controls. Great for reheating leftovers, defrosting, cooking vegetables. Instruction manual easy to understand, especially regarding power settings for different functions.

I bought this microwave during the Black Friday sales. It’s quite small but perfect for what I need it for. I have limit counter space and it doesn’t take up a lot of room. It’s surprisingly powerful for its size, easy to program, use and clean.

I bought this item "out of box"; the box was open but the microwave oven and all its parts were there and in new condition. The oven works replaces a prior one and fits perfectly where that oven used to be in the kitchen. One caution - it has a child-lock feature to the door open mechanism that requires pressing 'cancel' to open the door (which can be undone per the enclosed instructions), which may be cumbersome for some that don't need this preventive feature.

Great fit above our countertop in the kitchen on a narrow shelf. We use it for reheating only; no cooking. Love the GE control pad...very intuitive and easy to use. The only problem was the first time using it the display said “food” and did not heat the water. I looked up the problem via Google and discovered the microwave displays “food” when it thinks the door is not closed. I opened and closed the door a few times and it has been working beautifully ever since. Really nice look and finish. I would definitely buy again.

Although compact at 0.7cu.ft and 700w size, it's good enough to heat just about anything really... Good features I like is secondary beep after a minute or so to remind you still got stuff in the microwave. The one touch is nice too, i.e. press 1 to heat 1 min, 2 for 2 min, etc.

Perfect size microwave for the space i got in my kitchen. It's quieter compared to the other unit i had.

It’s nice compact microwave with easy settings and a safety lock option which is great with kiddos around.
