It worked great for those 8 months, then the top heating element quit working, which made air frying no longer possible, broiling no longer works, and convection oven can't get above about 250F. The microwave part still works great however. I had total tech and so have given it to Best Buy to sort out. I'm now out this microwave for 3 weeks and pulled the old one back from my office to do microwave work with a dedicated deep fryer. It's a great concept, especially in the amount of counter space it takes up, but one part failing making me have to be out of the device while it's being repaired sucks.

One feature I really like compared with my previous microwave (which I also bought at Best Buy) is that you don't have to slam the door VERY hard in order to close it. A feature I DON'T like (compared with my previous machine) is that, in order to cook for a certain length of time, I first have to press the "Cook time" button--instead of simply entering the amount of time I want and then pressing Start. Another negative: I'm certain they could have made the machine better (and/or cheaper) if they would stop adding all sorts of buttons that I (and NO ONE ELSE I KNOW) use, such as Potato, Defrost, Pizza (!), Auto cook. Who ever does that?
