I bought this microwave in February and it has completely stopped working by December. From the beginning I wish I’d purchased a different unit. The air fryer feature is not the best. It doesn’t get food crispy like my stand alone air fryer. Also, the microwave kept tripping my curcuit breaker if i cooked something for longer than 3 minutes. Lastly, sometimes there would be a burning smell lingering in the air after I used it. Maybe this microwave breaking was a blessing in disguise. It was probably going to cause my house to burn down to the ground. Nevertheless, I’m really disappointed with GE and annoyed that I have to spend more money on a new microwave.

The things I don't love are that it gets fingerprints very easily and the air fryer seems uneven. The microwave heats evenly, is powerful and it's quiet- all good things.

PF code “power failure” get plan

Out of nowhere the screen had a code “PF” power failure and the plate was spinning inside the microwave and we couldn’t get the door to open. It hadn’t been a year since we bought it. Thankfully! It had manufacturer warranty and they replaced it or sent me a voucher to get one of equal value GE. IF you get this microwave get the coverage for it, aside from that works great.
