1 month old and in for repairs. couldn't set the air fryer Temp. manually, kept giving me the error beep, but sometimes it would choose a Temp. on it's own, not what I was selecting. Had to hang onto it when opening the door, button pushed hard enough to move it and didn't always release door on the first try. Best Buy said they had to try to repair it first, dropped it off 6 Jul estimated completion 24 Jul. Good thing I didn't scrap my 40 year old Kenmore yet.

Works great as a microwave but not an air fryer. It will overheat if near a wall when used as an air fryer. Interior is very easy to clean.

Love this microwave unfortunately I’m not able to use it yet cause I do not have a inverter big enough for it but will have soon

I haven't taken advantage of all that can be done, but it's great as a microwave, it's great it sows "hot" on screen + fan turns on when it gets hot enough. I can't wait to try out the air fryer and convection functions!

Replaced my 20 year old one with this. It does everything as stated. It is pretty quiet when running. Also, it is more powerful and cooks quicker than the old one. Looks nice too.

No user manual for Air fryer and Confection oven. Impossible to see the selection for working all back have to use a flashlight. Shows finger prints really bad. Beeping is too loud. If I had read this information in a review I would not have purchased. The item has been discontinued and now I know why.

So far so good, I have not had a change to figure out all the features yet.

rating 4 because the microwave part of is amazing, but not the air fryer part. Our previous air fryer is definitely warming things up better and faster. However, the microwave is pretty quiet and also easy to use.

Good machine. My suggestion for GE would be to backlight the buttons. Very, very hard to read. I use a mini flashlight to read even with the lights on.

Love this microwave/convection oven/air fryer. The only downside is the panel does not light up so it is hard to see. But I use it so much I know where all the buttons are.

Seems work very well I have used it for last 3 weeks

I do not like the fact you have to "release" the door latch each time to open. The wording is not printed in a bold font on the control panel and is hard to read. The 30 second key is located in an odd spot on the control panel.

Decent microwave for the price. I haven’t used the other features yet but the microwave works great very powerful rotates great easy to clean

Not really a convection oven as there is a radiant heat bar at the top of the microwave opening.

The convection doesn't cook as high temperature as I thought it would. So it doesn't cook as fast. Food steel comes out beautifully!

This microwave is awesome I was looking for something that could do more then just microwave and this is it. I do recommend it to anyone who is looking for all in one

Very happy with this microwave. It is very quiet and seems solid. We are still learning the best way to use the air fry and bake.

Will you be happy if you get 2 years from this microwave? Thats all we got. Purchased on 2/16/23, Died on 4/8/25. Normal use, reheating dinners, microwave popcorn, a cup of tea... never "cooked" in it, so can't speak to those features. Not sure why it died after just 2 years of basic reheating use. Pretty convenient timing though. As a 'total tech' I thought I was good, I mean, What do I pay over $200 a year for? Did you know those coverage plans expire? I didn't. I don't recall anyone telling me about that part, until today, when I needed to use this benefit. Again, super convenient timing, less that 2 months after my coverage 'expired' my product died and Best Buy won't help me. My advice to you, If you purchase this microwave, be sure you extend your total tech coverage, in case yours dies just over the 2 year mark like mine did! As for me, I am rethinking my entire relationship with Best Buy after having this microwave die after just 2 years and the way the situation was handled.... I miss Sears.
