Will you be happy if you get 2 years from this microwave? Thats all we got. Purchased on 2/16/23, Died on 4/8/25. Normal use, reheating dinners, microwave popcorn, a cup of tea... never "cooked" in it, so can't speak to those features. Not sure why it died after just 2 years of basic reheating use. Pretty convenient timing though. As a 'total tech' I thought I was good, I mean, What do I pay over $200 a year for? Did you know those coverage plans expire? I didn't. I don't recall anyone telling me about that part, until today, when I needed to use this benefit. Again, super convenient timing, less that 2 months after my coverage 'expired' my product died and Best Buy won't help me. My advice to you, If you purchase this microwave, be sure you extend your total tech coverage, in case yours dies just over the 2 year mark like mine did! As for me, I am rethinking my entire relationship with Best Buy after having this microwave die after just 2 years and the way the situation was handled.... I miss Sears.

Our 25 year old Microwave died and we found this unit at a good price with the option to Air Fry and couldn't pass it up

I love this microwave. Only giving it 4 stars because I haven't attempted the air fry etc. yet. Really heats up and works well.

Control panel lighting inoperative -- very difficult to use oven because you can't tell which button is which without using a flashlight to illuminate the buttons. The 'Add 30 Sec' button, very useful feature, stopped working consistently after only a few uses. Other buttons also seem to sometimes work, sometimes not. Instruction manual wholly inadequate (no 'Getting Started', 'Basic Operation', etc.). No contact info for questions regarding use for items not covered in the manual.

This air fryer is so good. I really enjoy how my jalapeño poppers with bacon. How they come out? Just perfect! Also the microwave is excellent!

Great microwave! Love its functionality. The auto for heating up water for tea is amazing, you get to select the once for perfect heating. Heats perfectly!

We were quite surprised by how well this product worked we had never seen a microwave that airfried also so we were skeptical about it. To our surprised it works great.

Used it right out of the box. Perfect for everyday use. Not much it can't do.

I'm a single guy so it's mainly warm up and go , but unit looks great, cooks faster than my old microwave and no over cooking!

Heats very well and all the features work. There’s just a burning smell often when using and it gets smoky when opening up after cooking.

I Love this Microwave everything heats up really fast like not 7/8min now heats up 2 to 3 minutes. Haven't had the opportunity yet to use the Air Fry yet but can't wait to give it a try!

Currently, we at just using it to heat up food & coffee, because we didn’t read the instructions o far. I’m sure that it will perform the way it’s supposed to be. Thank you!

Great features Front Panel is very hard to see. Needs backlighting!! Come on GE!!. For less than a buck you could've added a back lit display....

MICROWAVE WORKS GREAT AND IS EASY TO USE. ONLY PROBLEM IS THE INSTRUCTIONS YOU HAVE TO GO ON LINE AND PRINT.

Replaced air frier that was on recall along with microwave with this single unit. Nice space savings. Wish air frier had more incremental temp control.

Good unit heats up quickly and makes food taste even better i love my microwave its one of the best out there.

She hasn't yet the chance to use it yet. although, She loves the appearance and she can't wait to use it.

I bought this for my daughters' dorm room. This way they will have a microwave and air fryer in their room.
