Wish I bought something else

The 'Add 30 Sec' button, very useful feature, stopped working consistently after only a few uses. Other buttons also seem to sometimes work, sometimes not. Instruction manual wholly inadequate (no 'Getting Started', 'Basic Operation', etc.). No contact info for questions regarding use for items not covered in the manual.

Haven't had the opportunity yet to use the Air Fry yet but can't wait to give it a try!

So far, so good. We have had this microwave for a few months now with no issues.
