Key functions (microwave, air fryer, etc) are okay, but the keypad or processor seems to be failing. I can key in a lower power sequence, but the power level is not being applied. Additionally, build quality is not great. Closing door of unit seems to be hitting something that causes a scraping noise - cannot identify it, but can hear it.

The light went off on the inside and started having burning smell and hard time heating. I have 4 year protection but they don't come to your home to fix, must bring this heavy thing to the store. I'm not able to do that, I wish I knew this before buying protection plan, I would not have bought it knowing this. I didn't want to do that, so GE came to my house to fix, since under 1 year. Only tried microwave features.

My first venture into air frying was chicken legs. Got a nice recipe off the Internet, and the chicken came out tasting like rubber and the skin was greasy. And this was after I spent almost 25 minutes at 400° I could’ve put them in my broiler and got delicious broiled chicken in that amount of time. This machine doesn’t even come with instructions. So good luck!

Probably due to Air Frying capabilities which we have not tried yet. Overall fit and finish is very nice and the size is just right for countertop.
