I like all the options on the unit. Still working on using all the options.

It has an air fryer feature but is limited in what it can cook. Bht otherwise, it is a great microwave!

Does a great job of warming food evenly and defrosts really well.

Worked for all of 14 days before it started malfunctioning. Defrost option won't work. Had "END" show up on the screen randomly and it beeped, loudly, for two hours while I was out of the house. Couldn't get it to shut off no matter what buttons I pressed or if I opened the door. Best Buy won't return because it is TWO days passed their 15 day return policy. When I purchased this the Best Buy employee said, "ah, we had to tape up the box a little bit" when he put it in my car. On inspection once we got home it was clear that this microwave had likely been returned by someone else prior to it being sold to us. Total waste of money on a garbage product and a terrible return policy from Best Buy.

It was such a great deal for a wonderful microwave. All the bells and whistles at a great price!

Failing about a year after purchase. Key functions (microwave, air fryer, etc) are okay, but the keypad or processor seems to be failing. I can key in a lower power sequence, but the power level is not being applied. Additionally, build quality is not great. Closing door of unit seems to be hitting something that causes a scraping noise - cannot identify it, but can hear it.

I've had this microwave for 7 months and it started not working well. The light went off on the inside and started having burning smell and hard time heating. I have 4 year protection but they don't come to your home to fix, must bring this heavy thing to the store. I'm not able to do that, I wish I knew this before buying protection plan, I would not have bought it knowing this. I didn't want to do that, so GE came to my house to fix, since under 1 year. Only tried microwave features.

Very happy with this purchase so far. Heats food up much faster than my other microwave!

This microwave was a gift. As far as I know he likes it.

Really nice stainless steel interior (which is surprising for a microwave). Probably due to Air Frying capabilities which we have not tried yet. Overall fit and finish is very nice and the size is just right for countertop.
