We want you to be able to utilize it without worrying about the beeping. Please take a look at page 15 in your manual for a guide to how to use the Air Fry feature. Note: You can access the manual on Best Buys site or on our site under the model's product page. Your warranty is on page 23. Please have your model and serial number available when you call 1-800-432-2737.

Every recipe I consulted suggested times for fried foods much dorter than what this fryer delivered. We got this upgrade for a little microwave primarily for air fryer. We’re taking it back.

I doubt if it is open box but don't want to waste time to replace since it works fine. Best Buy is not helpful at all though, I requested them to send me a manual but they can't.

Today it caught on fire after 3 minutes cooking at 400 in air fryer mode. The source of the smoke was not the food - it looked unblemished. The smoke smelled like burning wires and you could see it coming into the inside of the microwave, through the vent slits, from the sides and rear of the unit.

I never even had a chance to use any of the other features, just use the microwave portion. GE customer service never answered the phone and their chat service was never available. I will never buy GE products again.

I bought this unit from Bust Buy. I returned it and they talked me into trying another. I had to wait 3 days for the next one. This time I calked GE they wanted me to take off the lable with the model number and serial number and email it to them for a GE only redemable Rebate, (Sorry GE I did not fall off a turnip truck yesterday) for 199.00 when i paid out 265.97 with unit tax and 4 year repair plan. The problem with both was the same. You could not air fry or bake below 375f. When i did air fry and bake everything turned out great. Microwave was great. Just what i needed for my Tiny House. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy.

I noticed my electric bill was a little higher and it started making a clicking noise every now and then. I’ll probably end up boxing it up and getting a smaller fryer and use my old microwave

The air fryer on it takes forever and does not crisp like it is suppose to. It came with no instructions on what to push for what. And it does not tell you times for to cook certain items.
