1.5 yrs of ownership and today the microwave started smoking after only 15 seconds of heating leftover vegetables. The food wasn't smoking, the microwave was smoking! I do not use any of the features besides the regular microwave option and I make sure it's always clean/no splatters. It's out of warranty, only a 1 year warranty. Listen up everyone, this could burn your house down! GE makes horrible appliances, I've had nothing but trouble with all my kitchen appliances from them. This is not a brand you can trust. Never again will I buy from this company.

I haven't used all of the features. but the basic m/v is good. I still have to figure out the convection and the air fryer settings. Can't wait!

I returned this bc it would work. I'm not sure if it was my home or the product. I took it back and got a traditional vs convection any it works fine

Cannot see main keypad for microwave other features very good

I’ve had this microwave less than a year and the part you press to open the door is no longer working. I don’t over use the microwave or are hard on it. I called Best Buy and they said it’d be $99 service fee PLUS parts and labor. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY!!!!

Thought power level was going to be sufficient but it took forever compared to our old one to reheat food. Popcorn button timing is way way off. Overall not happy with microwave and returned it.

Picked this up on Black Friday. I wanted an all in one appliance to keep the counter space at my home. This one was excellent for all the requirements I needed. When using the airfry option the first time be aware of it smoking up a bit. It hasn’t done that anymore other than the first time.

The air fryer portion doesn't get food as crispy as a lone air fryer can, although it was good for a little over a year. In late March I tried to use it as normal and it sounded like arcing electric currents, or welding... Didn't pay extra on top of the $200 for a protection plan, so not sure what to do now that it's failed.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. It lasted maybe a month before the microwave wouldn't heat anymore. Complete waste of money.

After getting familiar wth the features, i found the appliance very convenient to work with. It was just the right size I needed. Not to bulky like my previous microwave.

I love the air fryer microwave combo. The door sticks so that's an issue. Also, the air fryer takes a bit longer to heat than a regular air fryer.

The oven/microwave is great but a major flaw is the keys are impossible to read. There is no backlight and the words and numbers are not visible on the black background. I purchased two and one is for my mom who has trouble seeing. I have to replace the oven.

We were in the middle of a remodel and didn’t open the box to test to make sure it worked properly. It is defective. Because it was a few days past tge 2 week Mark, Best Buy will do nothing to make this right. We are currently stuck with a $175 microwave combo that is useless to us. Very disappointed in Best Buy. Won’t ever purchase another item from them.
