Had less then 6 weeks and had an error message PF. Called electrician to check the outlet. No problem! Since purchased the 2 year warranty from Best Buy, returned it to Geek Squad. They sent it out and a few days later received email that I will be getting full credit.

I have now had it for exactly one year and it just stop working all of a sudden.

It worked just fine up to that point. The push button door opener had an internal part break, and that was the end. Now I have to buy a new microwave. 18 months is not an adequate lifespan.

The control to auto adjust the time for heating was never correct Alway added way too much time. Bought it end of December 2022, August 2023 it started sparking inside as if it was going to catch fire, did a little light show and totally died. Thank goodness I was not looking forward to putting out a microwave fire.

Makes it very hard to see which button to push unless it’s daylight or in a well lit area. Wish I would’ve know that before purchasing. Poor choice on GE’s part.

No instruction booklet

I do not have a computer to get instructions on line. I or my friends do not have computers. The paper that came with the product said you could call for a booklet and when I did so I was told that was not possible.
