    It's a good microwave. Still working well after a year. Only complaint is the button pad which has gray (not white) numbers on a black background. No idea what person came up with that idea. Very hard to see in dim light. Microwave works very well though.

    Works as expected. It's smaller than its competitors, especially the depth, so was one of the few alternatives we had. An improvement would be to make the door shut smoother, and quieter. It clunks like a cheap car, and could be why the previous unit electronics board failed.

    Microwave works fine. Still working on figuring out the convection operation AND the air-fryer! Numbers do NOT light up, so I need to seek additional lighting. NO MANUAL AND NO COOKBOOK!!! I will need to go to the library to print out the on-line manual of instructions. When and if I ever figure it all out, I will probably like it...I hope so.
