Not worth the BB $40 service charge to diagnose and possibly repair. Disappointed.

It is pretty quiet when running. Also, it is more powerful and cooks quicker than the old one. Looks nice too.

The food wasn't smoking, the microwave was smoking! I do not use any of the features besides the regular microwave option and I make sure it's always clean/no splatters. It's out of warranty, only a 1 year warranty. Listen up everyone, this could burn your house down! GE makes horrible appliances, I've had nothing but trouble with all my kitchen appliances from them. This is not a brand you can trust. Never again will I buy from this company.
