Picked this up on Black Friday. I wanted an all in one appliance to keep the counter space at my home. This one was excellent for all the requirements I needed. When using the airfry option the first time be aware of it smoking up a bit. It hasn’t done that anymore other than the first time.

I’ve had this microwave less than a year and the part you press to open the door is no longer working. I don’t over use the microwave or are hard on it. I called Best Buy and they said it’d be $99 service fee PLUS parts and labor. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY!!!!

After getting familiar wth the features, i found the appliance very convenient to work with. It was just the right size I needed. Not to bulky like my previous microwave.

The air fryer portion doesn't get food as crispy as a lone air fryer can, although it was good for a little over a year. In late March I tried to use it as normal and it sounded like arcing electric currents, or welding... Didn't pay extra on top of the $200 for a protection plan, so not sure what to do now that it's failed.

The oven/microwave is great but a major flaw is the keys are impossible to read. There is no backlight and the words and numbers are not visible on the black background. I purchased two and one is for my mom who has trouble seeing. I have to replace the oven.

I love the air fryer microwave combo. The door sticks so that's an issue. Also, the air fryer takes a bit longer to heat than a regular air fryer.

I really like the simplicity of this microwave, I was a little concerned about getting rid of my countertop airfryer. This microwave is great for beginners.

Manufacturer’s instruction manual does not cover all the accessories which are packed with the microwave. No fuether help available on their website.

Thought power level was going to be sufficient but it took forever compared to our old one to reheat food. Popcorn button timing is way way off. Overall not happy with microwave and returned it.

Literally just bought it and already getting a power failure error message. Really worthless.

We were in the middle of a remodel and didn’t open the box to test to make sure it worked properly. It is defective. Because it was a few days past tge 2 week Mark, Best Buy will do nothing to make this right. We are currently stuck with a $175 microwave combo that is useless to us. Very disappointed in Best Buy. Won’t ever purchase another item from them.

I thoroughly enjoyed using this microwave while it still worked. However, I've had it only a little over a year and it died out last night. I've had microwaves last 10+ years so I find this very upsetting, especially considering the roughly $200 price tag.

It works fine but it started making a weird rattling noise about a week of using it.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. It lasted maybe a month before the microwave wouldn't heat anymore. Complete waste of money.

This was a gift for my son's new condo. He likes the ease of use and quick instructions inside the door, takes the guesswork out!

Lots of features but still simple enough controls that I can easily program it to do a microwave cook for X minutes at Y power.

I love this all in one..quite expensive, and takes entirely too long to cook on air fry

Microwave os fone but the air fryer capabilites are lackluster. Doesnt even brown the items and takes twoce as long as it should

Purchased this online in, not new but supposedly excellent condition. It arrived in a fairly damaged box and when I opened it I noticed the panel that has the display and buttons was loose. Was unable to open the door and when I picked it up out of the box it came in it sounded like there was a lot of broken pieces inside. Now I know it could have gotten damaged in shipping but this was a huge disappointment.
