This product has very great quality and is completely useful. Just not a great AirFryer

I'm not sure what applicance everyone else is reviewing on here this thing is a piece of junk. The Air Fryer and Convection oven does not work. The element is in the back of the oven and you can only use a pan that will rotate in the oven or the item will burn. When I used the pan that came with it to Air Fry the directions on the package said 17 mins it's been cooking for over 45 still not done.

A nice microwave convection oven, have not tried air fryer yet but I will easy to figure out if your new to one.

We have had this new microwave for 2 months now and it has worked as advertised. No complaints whatsoever.

The air fryer takes forever. 10” or more for two thin slices of bacon. Every recipe I consulted suggested times for fried foods much dorter than what this fryer delivered. We got this upgrade for a little microwave primarily for air fryer. We’re taking it back.

Device works fine, but it doesn't come with user manual so you have to search online and print by your own. I doubt if it is open box but don't want to waste time to replace since it works fine. Best Buy is not helpful at all though, I requested them to send me a manual but they can't.

works well but front number covering is peeling. Also no back light on numbers so difficult to read

Display panel has no back light (even with door open) making it nearly impossible to see in low light.

Nice looking. Fascinated with the air fry mode! Love having 3 cooking features in 1 product.

Microwave works great but the air fryer smokes after about 45 seconds of using it and the microwave then says hot and beeps like five times so I don’t use that

I gave this 1 star cause they will not let you give no star. **THIS IS A NO STAR ITEM!! **. I bought this unit from Bust Buy. I returned it and they talked me into trying another. I had to wait 3 days for the next one. This time I calked GE they wanted me to take off the lable with the model number and serial number and email it to them for a GE only redemable Rebate, (Sorry GE I did not fall off a turnip truck yesterday) for 199.00 when i paid out 265.97 with unit tax and 4 year repair plan. The problem with both was the same. You could not air fry or bake below 375f. When i did air fry and bake everything turned out great. Microwave was great. Just what i needed for my Tiny House. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy.

It died within a year. I never even had a chance to use any of the other features, just use the microwave portion. GE customer service never answered the phone and their chat service was never available. I will never buy GE products again.

Great as a microwave, air fryer option is convenient but not great.

The buttons are impossible to see in the dark, however, it does cook my food.

Had this for almost 2 months and it takes awhile to fry. I noticed my electric bill was a little higher and it started making a clicking noise every now and then. I’ll probably end up boxing it up and getting a smaller fryer and use my old microwave
