We’ve owned this for 6 months. Today it caught on fire after 3 minutes cooking at 400 in air fryer mode. The source of the smoke was not the food - it looked unblemished. The smoke smelled like burning wires and you could see it coming into the inside of the microwave, through the vent slits, from the sides and rear of the unit.

The convenience of having an air fryer and microwave all in one device!

This appliance is a great purchase for the price. Small and efficient.

I mostly use it for a regular microwave. The air fryer on it takes forever and does not crisp like it is suppose to. It came with no instructions on what to push for what. And it does not tell you times for to cook certain items.

Unfortunately, it stopped working after 10 months. I do not recommend it.

Great microwave. Have had no issues so far and would recomend.

Overheats very quickly! We cook something for 10 mins and it is overheated already. I would choose a different model or brand as I have never had this happen with any microwave that I have ever owned

I have had this microwave for almost exactly 2 years and have absolutely loved it, until it all of a sudden, Yesterday it completely died.

I had it for 2years and i just stop working. When using the air fryer it made loud noise so we just stop using it

As someone who's owned many different models of convection microwave, this one was by far the worst. Because the heating element is located at the top, it just burns the tops of everything without cooking the bottom. It doesn't matter what racks or dishes or anything you use. The results are always the same, uneven baking.

So many options, don't know how to use it for toast! I need more support to use this appliance. The directions are not complete. Considering returning it and buying a toaster for $25.00.

Less than three months after we bought this machine, my teenage son went to reheat some leftover french fries on the air fryer setting. He used the cooking time chart included in the box, and checked in about four minutes before it was supposed to be done. With the rack raised for air frying, he couldn't see inside the machine, so he opened the door--and flames leapt out. Thank god he kept his head and extinguished the fire, or who knows what might have happened.

I purchased this mircowave 14 months ago so it's no longer under warranty. It now catches on fire when I use the convection feature. This is ridiculously unsafe, please stop selling this microwave.

Unfortunately, 14 months after purchasing problems have started.

Its a noce microwave/airfryer. However, the sticker they placed on the front was not easy to remove and bubbled the protective coating. And the bottom 3 numbers dont work for putting in microwave time

Difficult to use and not a fan favorite in our work lunchroom especially after a nurses lunch got “stuck” in the microwave. Even the Best Buy geek squad couldn’t get it out when we returned. You get what you pay for. Beyond disappointed

Nice microwave/air fryer. I wish the air fryers didn’t get so hot around the outside of them, but I guess that’s all of them. Just have to make sure you don’t have anything the hot air will hurt sitting next to it.

I bought this to replace the microwave that went bad on my fifth wheel. Cooks well. Air fryer works well. Only complaint is that no written instructions for use were included in the unopened box

The microwave no longer turns on. The warranty process is for me to purchase another microwave out of pocket and then wait a possible 2 months to get possibly reimbursed instead of just sending me a replacement because they say it's not cost efficient to fix. Again we have not even really hit a full 6 months of use. Very disappointed for a $200+ microwave
