Wake up this morning only to find out that it stopped working with less than 2 years of use.

Owend for three months and it's already broke. bad door latches

Right at the year mark, the top element stop working for the air fry and convection features...smh

No instructions No cookbook Over baked a potato Entire oven even the outside got hot. Going back to the store as soon as I can get someone to help me lift it into the box

Microwave only worked for two weeks. It’s one day past the return date so it can’t be returned.

Very disappointed in this microwave/air fryer. Had less then 6 weeks and had an error message PF. Called electrician to check the outlet. No problem! Since purchased the 2 year warranty from Best Buy, returned it to Geek Squad. They sent it out and a few days later received email that I will be getting full credit.

When I first bought this item I felt that is was excellent but then when I tried to use it as a air fryer it didn’t work well my chicken came out soggy And when I added more cooking time it started to burn. I have now had it for exactly one year and it just stop working all of a sudden.

The power cord connection is faulty and began malfunctioning about a year and a half after purchase.

I wish I could give this zero stars. The control to auto adjust the time for heating was never correct Alway added way too much time. Bought it end of December 2022, August 2023 it started sparking inside as if it was going to catch fire, did a little light show and totally died. Thank goodness I was not looking forward to putting out a microwave fire.

The door latch broke 18 months after I bought this. It worked just fine up to that point. The push button door opener had an internal part break, and that was the end. Now I have to buy a new microwave. 18 months is not an adequate lifespan.

Cannot review without an instruction booklet. I do not have a computer to get instructions on line. I or my friends do not have computers. The paper that came with the product said you could call for a booklet and when I did so I was told that was not possible.

Purchased this product in December now it doesn't heat anymore.

As a microwave, this is perfect. As an air fryer, it's not bad. This does save space in my small home, though.

The control panel doesn’t light up. Makes it very hard to see which button to push unless it’s daylight or in a well lit area. Wish I would’ve know that before purchasing. Poor choice on GE’s part.

The microwave itself is great just when i got it it came out a little bent from the corner other than that great microwave.

This microwave was very poor quality. The door latch was broke in the box. I would not recommend this.

A couple of months old and the buttons are already malfunctioning

works well in all modes but not having the keys backlit is a bit of a problem

Purchased this and was disappointed. One of the plastic legs inside for the carousel broke, just snapped into pieces. Also, the inside was all dented where it really looked ugly. Will return right away.

I bought this item for all the additional features and now less than 4 months later, it has stopped working. I have never owned a microwave that quit working less than a year later.
