Very efficient. Quiet too. Would like to have a written guide rather than link to website directions though.

We’re very happy with this purchase. We were a little concerned that it would be too small but that hasn’t been an issue - we primarily cook for 2 or 3 people in most cases.

Love the microwave. Just wish it had a longer cord. It is about 2 inches too short. However, I hope to get my kitchen remodeled and move the plugs.

I thought I could but a cake pan in it. but only a round one will fit.

Loved the microwave and air fryer features. Get it!

Some thought needed (not intuitive) to cook in different modes but it works great and saves space

Just what I expected. Great curbside service.

The size is great cook good . Unfortunately it can be very difficult and it doesn’t want to open up the door. Once the food light comes on it doesn’t let you turn on the microwave. I told my son I’m going to return it’s not working good enough driving me crazy.

I really wanted to love this microwave but it’s a huge disappointment First, it doesn’t come with any instructions on how to actually use the air fry feature. It comes with metal racks and a tray (obviously for the air fryer and convection features but nothing to say which rack is for which function. Surely you can’t use something with little plastic feet in a convection oven? And what about the browning feature? How to use? No clue) So instructions for this particular model, not just a generic operating manual, would be super helpful But the worst part is that after only a few months of use the microwave has developed a dangerous glitch… it randomly changes the cook time! No matter if you choose the preset express buttons or input a specific cook time, partway through the heating this microwave will suddenly start beeping and flashing the remaining time, randomly adding seconds or even full minutes! You don’t dare leave the room because a 30 second warm up of your coffee may suddenly change to a 4 minute melt down. Popcorn that was set on a two minute time was gradually increased to over 3 1/2 minutes and became a burnt mess. Really bizarre, especially since it doesn’t happen all the time, maybe 8 times out of 10? Perhaps this is an isolated incident and I just happened to get a defective unit but I will sadly be returning this before it causes some serious damage

This is the most disappointing purchase we have made. Purchased in January and of course we bought it with our debit card and didn’t save the receipt so we can’t return it. Within the first 2 weeks the light quit working. Now the door constantly does not open. You have to mash the button in and often it still does not open. Typically we like GE appliances but at this point our next purchase will be another brand.

A bit complicated to use especially since it didn’t come with a user manual. It heats up food quickly and quietly which is nice.

Unfortunately our models open button broke within a week. Before that though, it was a pretty sweet microwave. The air fry worked, it heated things up quickly. Just failed in the simple stuff. 5 stars for best buy though, easy return within 15 days of purchasing.

We bought this GE microwave to replace the exact same model GE that quit working after only 2 - 3 months. Now this one quit working tonight after less than one month. Obviously, this company and model have serious problems. I would not give it even one star, which is "poor," but Best Buy would not allow this review to be submitted without at least a one-star rating.

it is not working according to its describtions when we purchased this the salesman talked a lot about this but we find out that was not true. .

Only lasted 70 days before smoke came out the left side vents and filled the house with fried electronics stink. This was a light duty use microwave, used at max once a day, and is the final straw for me and GE and their junk.

The air fryer is rather inconsistent since the heating unit is only in the back part. It takes longer than I feel it should to get anything cooked and it does not brown well at all. Otherwise the microwave part is very good. Haven't used the convection part much.

Save yourself the trouble and the money. Will not buy another GE product again.
