I tried the airfry option, and it was just as if i had used my actual airfryer. It took me a while to get used to the door lock feature. But, overall a great appliance.

Love reheating all manner of food in this machine. I really didn't want another microwave when my 14 year old GE bit the dust. I had added a Tovala oven, a pressure cooker, and air fryer to my ever shrinking kitchen. This machine makes the best air fried chicken wings. I am hooked. If I were to give it a ding is the LOUD warning tone. I know the inside of the oven is hot. I know. I know. Let me retrieve my poptart in peace, please.

More Than Just A Microwave

This GE Microwave with Air-Fry is working out to be perfect. We are under a learning curve, but so far, we have not been disappointed. (I went to GE's website to download the user manual, which is not provided in the box.)

I have had this almost two weeks now and I have used the air fryer and microwave functions. Pleased with both. Like others have said the major drawback is the lack of light for the number/function pad. It isn’t a dealbreaker but I’m taking off a star for that. I also fear that I will accidentally use the metal pan when choosing the microwave option but I assume there would be an alert for that. Not going to try and find out. Overall I am happy with this purchase and I would do it again.

Left over pizza, fries, garlic bread, nuggets have all come out perfectly. I'm looking forward to using the convection & combo features.
