Not terribly impressed. Instruction manual had to be downloaded. The paperwork ('instructions') that came with it basically said "Hello. I'm a microwave oven with other features." I'm still trying to work through the instruction manual to figure out which buttons to push to do all of the cooking methods. For instance, I put something simple in it to microwave. Close the door. Tap the appropriate buttons..."Cook time (seconds or minutes)...Power Level (tap the number 1, 2,...10). Tap "Start/Pause button...BEEP..."Food" shows up on the display. Have to open the door, close it. Go through the same routine. THEN it starts. Aggravating! I don't recommend this appliance. Wish I had my money back.

it yells at me that my food is hot when i get it out (i know) and its not as powerful as my last microwave but it looks nice, heats even, and works

So far so good, I have not had a change to figure out all the features yet.

I do not like the fact you have to "release" the door latch each time to open. The wording is not printed in a bold font on the control panel and is hard to read. The 30 second key is located in an odd spot on the control panel.

No user manual for Air fryer and Confection oven. Impossible to see the selection for working all back have to use a flashlight. Shows finger prints really bad. Beeping is too loud. If I had read this information in a review I would not have purchased. The item has been discontinued and now I know why.

Not really a convection oven as there is a radiant heat bar at the top of the microwave opening.

G E microwave with air fry feature really enjoyed and excellent i personally recommend to customers to buy it.

Tt came with the wrong glass tray, and it would not work without the proper tray. I thought I could buy a replacement trey and have come to accept that no one makes the replacement plate for the oven. I finally gave up the search and decided to return it. I thought I would have a month to return it. I found out it was to late because the return period ended yesterday. I hope they will let me return the oven,
Don't buy this machine. It is worthless because they included the wrong glass tray. I am not the only person that has purchased one of these GE products.

Garbage product

Worked for all of 14 days before it started malfunctioning. Defrost option won't work. Had "END" show up on the screen randomly and it beeped, loudly, for two hours while I was out of the house. Couldn't get it to shut off no matter what buttons I pressed or if I opened the door. Best Buy won't return because it is TWO days passed their 15 day return policy. When I purchased this the Best Buy employee said, "ah, we had to tape up the box a little bit" when he put it in my car. On inspection once we got home it was clear that this microwave had likely been returned by someone else prior to it being sold to us. Total waste of money on a garbage product and a terrible return policy from Best Buy.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. It lasted maybe a month before the microwave wouldn't heat anymore. Complete waste of money.
We'd like to assist with your microwave no longer heating. Please make sure the “Timer” function was not inadvertently used. Check to ensure the door is closed securely. Open the door and close it firmly. This confirms the engagement of the door's safety mechanisms. You can also try unplugging it for 5 minutes and plugging it back in. If the unit still won't heat, please call 1-833-426-3393 for next steps.

Thought power level was going to be sufficient but it took forever compared to our old one to reheat food. Popcorn button timing is way way off. Overall not happy with microwave and returned it.

We were in the middle of a remodel and didn’t open the box to test to make sure it worked properly. It is defective. Because it was a few days past tge 2 week Mark, Best Buy will do nothing to make this right. We are currently stuck with a $175 microwave combo that is useless to us. Very disappointed in Best Buy. Won’t ever purchase another item from them.

Excellent Condition is Meaningless

Purchased this online in, not new but supposedly excellent condition. It arrived in a fairly damaged box and when I opened it I noticed the panel that has the display and buttons was loose. Was unable to open the door and when I picked it up out of the box it came in it sounded like there was a lot of broken pieces inside. Now I know it could have gotten damaged in shipping but this was a huge disappointment.
