Junk don't buy

I'm not sure what applicance everyone else is reviewing on here this thing is a piece of junk. The Air Fryer and Convection oven does not work. The element is in the back of the oven and you can only use a pan that will rotate in the oven or the item will burn. When I used the pan that came with it to Air Fry the directions on the package said 17 mins it's been cooking for over 45 still not done.

Its a noce microwave/airfryer. However, the sticker they placed on the front was not easy to remove and bubbled the protective coating. And the bottom 3 numbers dont work for putting in microwave time

Owend for three months and it's already broke. bad door latches

Difficult to use and not a fan favorite in our work lunchroom especially after a nurses lunch got “stuck” in the microwave. Even the Best Buy geek squad couldn’t get it out when we returned. You get what you pay for.

This microwave was very poor quality. The door latch was broke in the box. I would not recommend this.

It seemed at first that there's would be a very steep learning curve with this product, mainly because of all the different functions it has. After the first couple of times i used it, i realized that the controls are really quite intuitive. The only tiny little nitpick i have is that i wish there was a backlight on the control pad, maybe something that lights up for 30 seconds or so when you open the door. It is pretty hard to see the keypad without turning on extra lights.

Display too dark! Can hardly read the numbers. Also don't like that it sits too low. If you have anything sitting in front when you open the door, it falls to the floor. Otherwise, like that it runs very quiet.

GE Convection Countertop Microwave

It's not as roomy as our old convection/microwave oven, which could hold a turkey. Since we never have and never will try to roast a turkey in it, this appliance is great for us. And, it'll air fry too.

I thought the words and numbers would be brightly lite up so they could be easily seen, but they are not lite up well at all. I have a VERY hard time seeing them, even when all the lights in the kitchen are on. Since it is so hard to see the information, all I do is use it as a microwave, because I have learned where the numbers 1 and 2 are. I hope to be able to make something that will be visible that I can glue onto the information. If you don't have really great eyesite, you might not want this one.

The size is great cook good . Unfortunately it can be very difficult and it doesn’t want to open up the door. Once the food light comes on it doesn’t let you turn on the microwave. I told my son I’m going to return it’s not working good enough driving me crazy.
If food is placed in the microwave before selecting a cooking sequence (Time Cook), opening and closing the door activates the switch, which initiates the 5-minute internal timer. The door must be opened and closed before hitting “START,” which signals the microwave that food has been placed inside. The "FOOD" or "Insert Food" message on the display means the microwave thinks food has not been added yet and is preventing the microwave from being turned on empty which could cause a catastrophic failure. To correct the issue, open and close the door again and press “START.” -Vikki@GEAppliances
