That included reading the manual. We love the air fryer function. It works great and the included air fryer pan made it better. The convection oven works well.

Love this microwave/air fryer combo

I don’t have much kitchen space but I wanted a microwave and an air fryer. This I have had 3 air fryer’s previously and the food always tasted like plastic this one does not and it looks so good on my counter!

Absolutely love the Airfryer. Great product for the price. I would have given a 5 star but the inside dirties easily and requires frequent cleaning even when using covers.

This one is much faster and powerful. Has a lot of features but that is also kind of a problem. Needs an instructional video of all the main features and how to use them.

The only fault I see is that the control buttons are a bit hard to see and should have a greater contrast with their background.

The grease tray sits high up in the oven space making it a challenge to get the tray out for flips. The microwave reheating takes a little longer than I am used to. These gripes are overcome however by the total satisfaction resulting from this purchase. I really enjoy having more than "just a microwave".

I thought I was making a quality purchase that would last a while instead of going with the cheapest option, except now there is no service coverage, and every company’s diagnostic charge is more than half of the original cost of the microwave.

Posted .If your microwave runs but is not heating, there could be one of many components that is not working properly. Please make sure the “Timer” function was not inadvertently used. Also check to ensure the door is closed securely; open the door and close it firmly.
