For some reason it doesn't seem to sit level on the same stand as my last one that did. I haven't tried the oven or the air fry yet. The price is what makes me recommend it the not so good features I can live with

I have used the microwave, air fryer and convection settings. I dont really know what or how to use the combi function. The beeping notification is super loud. I've yet to figure out if there is a way to reduce that. The information/manual that came in the box is not helpful and i havent found any more information online.

Posted .We understand you want to use all the great features offered on this model microwave. We do offer the Owner's Manual online. You can click on the Features tab and scroll all the way to the bottom of the list, and you'll find a link to the manual. You can also use your model number to search our geappliances site and click on the Owner's Support tab. We also checked and this model does not offer the ability to decrease the volume of the various beeps. -Vikki@GEAppliances

The chicken legs came out nicely. Since I’m old school and like the traditional way of cooking, I must say it did the job. However, this is just a back. I still prefer my stove top and oven.

But the first time I went to use it I realize that the control panel letters and numbers are gray and almost impossible to see without a bright light on it. I can’t understand why they thought it was a great idea to put buttons on a microwave that you can’t see. I Really wish that I had looked at it more closely before purchasing. I definitely would have bought something else.

No directions makes this an EXPENSIVE WASTE OF $!

I was excited to find a combination microwave/air fryer/oven, but when it comes without directions, and you can’t find them online, it’s a GREAT HANDICAP! I try preheating the oven but then when I open the door and put my item in to cook a few minutes later it just turns the oven off. And since there are no directions, I can’t figure out how to turn the oven back on, so I’m stuck just using the microwave. That makes this a very expensive microwave oven. Unfortunately I didn’t realize all this until it was too late to return it and I am stuck with this and can’t afford to replace it with anything else so I’m just left with an attractive, but very expensive, yet very useless air fryer and oven that I’m stuck with and can’t replace. I wish I had great things to say about it but the lack of directions on how to use. It really have left me with not much good to say. Oh, they do come with some nice racks though.

Posted .We know how important instructions can be when you’re adjusting to a new appliance, and we’d like to assist. The Use and Care manual for your appliance is available on our GE Appliances website; you can view that when you look up the model number and go to the product’s page. Troubleshooting tips are available on page 21 of the manual. If you’re concerned the microwave isn’t working correctly, you may want to try disconnecting it from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting; this resets the components and can often resolve an issue. If you think you may need to take advantage of your warranty, information on that is available on page 23 of the manual.
