    The size is great cook good . Unfortunately it can be very difficult and it doesn’t want to open up the door. Once the food light comes on it doesn’t let you turn on the microwave. I told my son I’m going to return it’s not working good enough driving me crazy.

      If food is placed in the microwave before selecting a cooking sequence (Time Cook), opening and closing the door activates the switch, which initiates the 5-minute internal timer. The door must be opened and closed before hitting “START,” which signals the microwave that food has been placed inside. The "FOOD" or "Insert Food" message on the display means the microwave thinks food has not been added yet and is preventing the microwave from being turned on empty which could cause a catastrophic failure. To correct the issue, open and close the door again and press “START.” -Vikki@GEAppliances GE_Appliances
