Bit of a learning curve in order to find the correct power and time for defrost and heat, and the dark keypad would be better if white or back-lit as it is sometime hard to see in low light, but we really like this microwave!

I changed my old microwave because the one that I had it was small and this one is bigger but no that big it is perfect to me

I have owned this model for a month but looked for months for a microwave that was space saving, easy to use, would be long lasting and cook consistently. I steam vegetables often and they are perfect. It is easy to keep clean and attractive on my quartz counter top.

Good little microwave at a good price. It is on the lower end off the microwave power scale, but still does a good job. Just have to give it a little more time.

It works well and is a nice size. My only negative comment is the door's open button is difficult to push for the 85+ in age in my family.

We really like this microwave. This is our second one we have bought. It cooks the food the way that we like and isn’t hard to operate. Really like the special buttons like potato, pizza and beverage.

I bought this for my mother whose microwave died on her. It’s a good size for the countertop and for single people. Mom loves it. I loved the price and that it shipped and arrived within 24 hours. I would recommend again both model and buying through Best Buy online.

This is an awesome microwave! It’s been the same model for 10 years with no changes for a reason! Sturdy, heats well, cleans easy. I recommend this to everyone looking for a new microwave!

Just the right size for a twelve inch plate to fit.

Was in need of a new microwave. After doing some online research and looking at other reviews settled on this one. Nice countertop unit. Heats food about as quick as you'd expect. Does take some time to figure out how to use some of the functions.

This microwave is good for the price. It's pretty big.

I replaced a unit I'd had since 1994 that served me very well. This oven cooks much better + it's very quiet. It's a bit smaller than I thought. There is an interior light which was a must for me. Many units on the market believe it not do not have this feature. Especially that this price point.

The size is a little bigger than I was looking for but now that I have been using it I am very happy with it. It is quite when running and signals when it shuts off. I love it. Would recommend it

does a good job. easy to use.like the turntable. the last one was an old,heavy one without a turntable. had one with a turntable that quit working.

I really like this one, it’s smaller than I am use to, but big enough for a full size dinner plate. Very happy with this.
