I didn’t give it 5 stars cuz the open latch is a little tight to open and the inside capacity is slightly smaller than my previous one. Also only heats 950 watts vs my old one at 1200. The price was right tho so overall I would recommend this microwave and GE brands seems to last.

Doesn’t take up to much space but has enough room for a dinner size plate. Only complaint I have is the plastic over the button in thin and fingers nails tend to damage the plastic film. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

This microwave looks good and doesn't take up as much space as the larger ones. It can handle all your typical microwave needs. Much quieter than my previous microwave so that was an added bonus. Pricing was very comparable to others in it's class as well.

Posted .Many of our microwaves including this one offers express or shortcuts to setting a cooking functions. Press the Add 30 button to heat your food item for 30 seconds. Press the 1-6 pad, to set the unit to heat your food item for 1 - 6 minutes. Press just the corresponding pad Add 30, or 1 - 6 to heat for that many minutes with an immediate start. Pressing the Pause/Off pad will stop the cooking cycle. If not needed, you can disable the Child Lock feature using the following steps: Press and hold the 7 key for 3-5 seconds or until you hear a beep. Release. 2. Press the 9 key. Release. 3. Press the 0 key. Release. There will be two short beeps and the display will flash Loc" or "UnLo to confirm this feature has been updated successfully.

It's just the right size and works great.

If the door's two-step opening process isn't convenient, you can disable the child-resistant feature by following a few simple steps—press and hold the “7” key for 3–5 seconds, then press “9” and “0.” You’ll hear two beeps and see "UnLo" on the display, confirming the update. It is not a bad little microwave. It does not make a lot of noise and has a very comprehensive keypad

The functions and buttons are nearly the same, which makes it easy to use. Its much quieter than our older one, and seems to heat food nearly the same time it took to heat in our old one.
