I moved into a temporary apartment and needed to get a small microwave for the kitchen. I didn't want to give up capacity if possible so I looked at all of the countertop choices available. This microwave is not the smallest but is of a good size so that it doesn't take up all of the space on the counter. So far it has been very dependable. The microwave is also quiet when running which was a surprise. For the price, this is a great value.

Sharp appearance. Simple and easy setup and use. Convenient size and easily removable thick glass turn plate for cleaning. Very quiet.

Works good, a little loud, and seems to smoke, when i open the door a lot of smoke comes out, maybe from heat.

Bought for my son's apartment. Nice size , can use full size plate and runs quite. Good looking and great price , would recommend.

I've had microwaves since 1979. This one is my favorite. Some extras I love in this compact microwave: very easy to set; one-button start from 30-seconds to 6 minutes; reminder alert when food is ready; pops nearly all my popcorn kernels, altho in 3 gos; very good looking.

This unit was a terrific value and cost. Very quiet compared to my old microwave. Looks fantastic and the controls are simple to operate

After my Samsung microwave just up and died on me after only 18 months, I needed to purchase a new one. After looking at many reviews for a until in my price range, I choose this GE model. While it may sound trivial, the first thing I was looking for was a microwave that lit up inside when you open the door. More and more, manufacturers are not offering this, even IF it still lights up inside during cooking. It's an odd trend. Well this one lights up. Second, I liked the stainless steel design, and the rounded off side edges at the front of the microwave. Looks less blocky on the counter. The keypad does not light up, so a light has to be on in the kitchen.

We needed a small microwave that used 1000 watts or less. The selection is limited, since most microwaves out there start at 1250 watts which is too much for us. I was pleasenty surprised by this GE microwave and has to be the quietest micro i've ever owned. it's still large enough to hold everything we put in it and the performance is equal to or better than our old 1000 watt micro.

This microwave works so smooth. It warms your food evenly unlike some microwaves. It gets the job done super quick. It doesn’t make a whole lot of noise which is shocking but no complaints. It is sturdy durable and reliable. I’m so glad we made this purchase it was well worth it. The microwave is very roomy but not too big has a lot of room on the inside I was surprised. I highly recommend this microwave.

It's a nice size countertop microwave. Works well and looks nice.

Bought this to replace a larger watt microwave. The ratings and price on this were great. considering it's stainless. I needed a compact model to fit on a shelf , so size was important. It works fine for what we need. (mostly re-heating). It also looks great. My only complaints are that I would prefer the operation dial would be more lit up. Also the buttons are not very sensitive. Often I have to push twice on selection to make it start. That's something that could be corrected without too much cost on future models.

I loved this microwave; it's the perfect size, has a child safety lock, and meets all my quality expectations. I highly recommend it.

Replacement for my Oster. Great look in my kitchen and works perfect. Can hold vey large dishes 1 minute and your food is veeeerrry hot. Hardly hear any sound when in use. Fits perfecly in the space made for it.
