I loved their customer service.

The price of this microwave was very reasonable for me and I even bought the three years insurance.

Only one problem it is difficult to read the buttons. It would be a plus if the control area was backlit. Otherwise, it is working great.

This one is larger than our last one and works very well. Pre-set buttons are perfectly timed for each respective food. Easy to clean as well.
