Good product, very quite, compact size but big enough for the family.

We are very happy with our new GE microwave and really appreciated all the time and assistance given to us by your employee at your Tyson's Corner store, Seth. He was extremely helpful and honest about various features of different microwaves while we were deciding to choose the best one for us.

This is the perfect size for a countertop. It reheats items quickly and evenly. It defrosts items evenly.

I bought this microwave last summer and moving into my new apartment and it’s working great! Not the most powerful but gets the job done. I’ve cooked full meals and heated frozen meals with no problems. Fits a full sized dinner plate perfectly. Had to get used to the shortcut buttons. If you hit “1” it will automatically start cooking at full power for one min. “2” is two mins, etc. Great little microwave!

Perfect for our space, and cooks and warmups food to perfection. I was thrilled to find this because it is almost a match to my discarded one. I can always count on Best Buy for my "go-to" store.

Easy to use, nice size and decent price. Bought3 of them for our breakrooms.

We have had this microwave for about 10 months and have not had any issues. At times the turn table squeals, but it is fine. It also seems that this microwave does a better job heating the entire dish rather than just the edges. The controls for defrost and some of the other features take a little getting use to, but the most used controls are easy. Four stars only because I rarely rate anything a 5.

It is second GE microwave . Previous worked ~9 years and recently stopped. I was pretty satisfied with its functionality. only one thing was not OK: when it heated I could not add 30 sec to timer !? New GE one has everything the same with differences: less weight and adding any time +30sec ! Small problem: push button to opn the door is too tight.
