Posted .We'd like to address any issue you're having, and provide information about your microwave. We recommend opening the door by pressing the center of the release latch button. When you press in areas off center/further from the center, the latch can be harder to operate. Your feedback regarding the visibility of the buttons, the door and the overall microwave will be shared with our product team for future consideration.

His approach made us feel like he was interested in actively helping my mother in law pick an oven that would meet her needs and be reliable for her uses. We were looking for simplicity, reasonable cost and long term value.

I love the way I’m able to push the buttons on the microwave so gently for them to operate other microwaves you have to push on the buttons hard to get certain functions to work. Don’t have to constantly start microwave to heat up food heat up good on first try.
