My major complaint is the keypad. I need to use a flashlight in order to see the numbers. Too bad GE didn't use white with black lettering or just illuminated the keypad. Maybe they will improve on their design for the next model.

The downsides are that it is only 950 watts - which makes it unique since most microwaves are 800, 1000 or 1200 watts. It also is a bit loud, but not so much to make it a problem. It also does not have the feature where it will periodically beep until you open the door after the cooking time has finished. Otherwise, it is a very nice oven.

I did some research first comparing on features, prices and brand. I am familiar with the brand name GE since I was kid. So I decided to buy this and I wasn’t disappointed.
