Posted .We would like to clarify some information regarding the humming sound of your microwave. When using a power level other than High, the magnetron cycles on and off to obtain the lower power. This cycling causes a dull humming sound. If you suspect the sound is not from normal operation, we recommend reaching out to our warranty team at 1-833-426-3393.

We used to have a microwave where we couldn't utilize all the settings because of how complicated it was to program. We love our microwave now!

The only defective that stops me from giving it 5 stars is the very poorly designed keypad that is too dim. The room lights make it difficult to see.

We were trying different settngs and nothing seemed to work. We found that the microwave senses when there is food in the unit and then will function. After this we were pleased with the performance.
