Wrong item/color received.

I went to visit her a few weeks after giving it to her to find out the microwave received was not the black/silver one i had ordered. The box shows the right color but the item itself was an greenish aqua kind of color. At this point and given the fact that she's been using it I didn't bother going thru the hassle of returning it. I was very dissapointed they shipped the wrong item

It is hard to read/see the control buttons on the black front panel. Wish they lit up or the unit came in white casing. Also the finish cooking buzzer is more like a weak ding. But all in all works well.

Great deal on microwave

No dents or scratched. All original packing was included. Just 1/2" smaller inside than the one I replaced but smaller outside which was fantastic. Watt was 200 lower but works for my family just fine.
