So far, no problems. What we bought was "Open Box" so we were very careful to check out the outside of the microwave for signs of physical damage. Finding none we took inventory of the included items. Everything was there, so the moment of truth. Plugged in, put a large measuring cup of water in and started the oven. It worked, and still is. We rarely purchase service plans but since this was open box we went ahead. The idea, as we all know, is to not need it. Hope that's true here.

Great Dorm Microwave
